Bedingungen

Registration:

Written registration is required with details of the participant and company. After successful registration you will receive a confirmation of registration. Written cancellations as well as rebookings can be made up to 4 weeks before the event date. After this date and up to one week before the event, 50% of the registration fee will be charged, later the total fee. No costs will be incurred if a substitute participant is registered.

Exceptions:

BAD GmbH reserves the right to make changes and relocate the event. In exceptional cases, therefore, the content and schedule of the event as well as the assignment of lecturers may be changed compared to the announcement. The overall character of the event remains intact.

BAD GmbH is entitled to cancel events due to the prevention and illness of lecturers, due to force majeure or due to lack of sufficient registrations. In the latter case, notification of the cancellation of the event will be made no later than two weeks prior to the event. Participants will be informed immediately about the cancellation of the event and will be refunded any fees already paid.
